Representative of Japan Cycling Navigator
I enjoy cycling with my friends who visit Japan or live in Japan. In 2005, I ejoyed tours by bike along the JCN's Scenic Byway for the sectors Otsu-Kyoto-Nara, Onomichi-Matsuyama-Hiroshima, and Nikko-Tokyo as well as in Tokyo and Chiba. My cycling experience? Over 50 years.

IKEDA, Kenichi 池田研一

A guy who love cycling abroad as much as in Japan. He've cycled 15000km and 14 countries by bike in eastern Africa in 1993.

His next journey was going around the world since 8th Aug.2001 to 25th Sep. 2005.
He had ridden in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh and India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austraria, Germany, Belgium, Holland, France, U.K., U.S.A., China, Russia and Japan.

The Journey was from here to here in the world, and also from Sapporo to Sapporo through the world.

He started to live in Sapporo again.

TOMITA,Hideo 富田英夫

I participated in Honolulu Century Ride 2004 and traveled Ta smania by my bike. These touring were great experiences of mine though I re- recognized the wonderfulness of bike touring in Japan. Let me help your bike touring in Japan!

Principamente yo iba a la montaña para pedalear mi bicicleta de montaña. Ahora no tengo suficiente tiempo para hacerlo porque estoy ocupada con el cuidado de mis hijas. Pero,cuando tenga Vd. alguna pregunta sobre el ciclismo en Japón, enviéme e-mail francamente. Aunque no hablo bien español,voy a contestar a su pregunta en lo posible.
