The shop master Sekiya is definitely not a difficult person, but may be a interesting person. He puts an air compressor in front of the shop, that is labeled "You can use this for free. So, don't ask permission." Many other bike shops put such a free compressor, but Ayase is only one that forbids asking permission! He said he gets tired of answering them each time. Besides he doesn't accept repairing flat tires. Maybe getting tired, too.

However, he changes his altitude when facing bikes that he sold. One woman bought Mamachari from him over twenty years ago, and he still fixes it's flat tyre whenever she asks. He gets a very strong sense of responsibility as for bikes he sold. He takes good care of them.
