Ferry Route

Hi, anyone know if the Cape Irago to Toba ferry is still running ? If so is it a daily service or has it restricted departures ? Plan on being back in Japan January 15 , 2013 and travel from Narita to Osaka , using as many of the ferry lines so as to stay away from the coast highway and also be able to put my feet up for awhile.
