road racing clubs in Tokyo?

I may be living in Tokyo for 3 months. I'm wondering if there are any good mountainous rides in the area? Also, are there any road racing clubs in tokyo? Gracias mi amigos!

Tokyo Cycling does some mountain rides.

As for road racing clubs, there are many clubs in Tokyo. I introduce one club.
